If your business is located near NE Eighth Ave or Waldo Road, you may be eligible for significant funding. The City of Gainesville is rolling out $2 million in grants through the GCRA. These funds are designed for curb appeal, building remodels, and lighting upgrades. Commercial sites can receive as much as $100,000 to help revitalize their space
