If you are a business owner or developer in Gainesville, there is a new resource to help you grow. The City has hired Ralph Hilliard as the new Development Services Advocate. His entire role is to help small business owners and residents navigate the permitting and planning process—making it much easier to get projects off the ground in Alachua County.
